1. Place the production line in a ventilated and dry place according to the floor plan.
2. The main machine should be well grounded, and other equipment should be placed stably to prevent uneven force on each part of the machine and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
3. The power supply of each part of the production line should be equipped with a knife switch (or air switch), which can be isolated from the mains for maintenance.
4. No-load debugging of the powder mixer: crank the car manually, check whether there is any obstacle in the motion system, drive for an empty test, and turn according to the direction of the arrow.
5. Host no-load debugging
Check whether the main electrical components are damaged or loose;
Check whether there is any foreign matter in the host machine barrel, screw, and screw barrel, and clean it up;
Check the coordination of the reduction box, the screw and the screw barrel, and turn the belt manually (remove the die head), and the running resistance should be small and uniform. Turn a few times to see if there is any waste discharged.
Check whether the feeding screw is smoothly pushed into the barrel;
Install the rotary cutter to the working position, adjust the gap between the blade and the mold, and turn the blade by hand to keep the blade in good contact with the mold at any position, otherwise it should be adjusted.
Check the lubrication system, the connection should be normal, and the oil tank should be sufficient.
6. After completing the above checks, turn on the power
Check lubrication system. Start the "oil pump" start button (green), if there is oil in the oil pump overflow pipe, the oil pump will turn down, otherwise reverse. Open the upper cover of the distribution box and the side guard of the main engine to adjust the pressure of the pressure regulating valve and the throttle valve, check whether the oil is discharged from each sliding bearing, whether the lubricating point of the thrust bearing is normal, and whether the oil return is timely; run for 20 minutes, if the oil level is not enough Stop rising, then reduce the throttle valve.
Check whether the interlock between the main motor and the lubricating motor is normal.
Jog the main motor to check whether the main shaft is rotating forward.
Jog the main motor, and listen to whether there is any abnormal sound in the distribution box and screw barrel.
Turn the heating knob to the "ON" position and check the heating system. The normal heating current is 18-19A.
Start the feeding motor, turn the flywheel, and check the operation and direction of the feeding screw.
Start the rotary cutting motor, turn the speed control knob, and check whether the cutter works normally.
Start the main motor, from low speed to high speed, and check whether the motor speed control system works normally.
7. Other auxiliary equipment of the production line also have a no-load test run to check the steering of the motor and whether there is mechanical jamming.
8. Loading and debugging
(1) After the no-load debugging is normal, install the die head and the die head on the main machine.
※ The four nuts connecting the die must be fastened well so as not to affect the output
(2) Main engine preheating: In order to stabilize the temperature in the barrel, the section heating method is adopted:
Setting: Zone I 30°C, Zone II 100°C, Zone III 120°C, keep warm for 10 minutes
Setting: Zone I 50°C, Zone II 140°C, Zone III 160°C, keep warm for 10 minutes
Setting: Zone I 50°C, Zone II 160°C, Zone III 180°C, keep warm for 5 minutes
(3) While the main machine is preheating, the powder mixer can be operated to mix powder.
□ Mix 50kg of powder each time, and the powder should be mixed evenly, otherwise the puffing quality will be affected.
(4) After the temperature of the main engine rises to the set value, start the oil pump, and the main motor can be started after 2 minutes of oil supply. Turn on to 600 rpm (30Hz), add no less than 2000ml of water to the feed port for easy discharge, start the feed motor at the same time, adjust the handwheel from slow to fast, if the discharge is normal, the speed of the main motor will gradually increase to 700 revolutions (35Hz). The feeding amount is required to meet the needs of the main engine, and the material cannot be accumulated or empty. After feeding, always pay attention to the indication of the ammeter of the main motor, and generally control it at 70-140A.
(5) After the material is extruded from the die head normally (no foreign matter, puffing is good), start the rotary cutting motor, and then close the rotary cutting machine cover. Adjust the motor speed until the desired length and shape is cut.
(6) Before shutting down, add 1-1.5kg of raw materials containing about 20% water to facilitate cleaning and protection of the host.
(7) When shutting down, stop feeding first, and after about 3 minutes, the die head will no longer discharge, stop the main machine, after unloading the die head, turn on the main motor, and add the expanded waste from the feed port until there is no sticking at the exit When the material is in shape, stop the machine, clean the die head, apply edible oil, and load it into the main machine for the next start-up.
